Fletcher & Company offers handcrafted, small-batch tallow-based skincare products intended for cosmetic use only. By purchasing from our website, you agree to use our products responsibly and in accordance with these terms.

2. Product Use & Disclaimer
All products are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Our products may contain essential oils, including but not limited to carrot seed, rosemary, and ginger oils, which may not be suitable for use during pregnancy or while nursing. Please consult your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant or nursing.
The information provided on this website, including ingredient descriptions, is for cosmetic and educational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
We recommend performing a patch test prior to full use. We do not guarantee specific results. Skincare results may vary based on individual skin type, condition, and consistent use.

3. Allergies & Sensitivities
Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredient lists prior to purchase. Fletcher & Company is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse effects.

4. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes, including modifications to items, shipping details, or combining orders. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity. Any chargebacks or payment disputes may result in refusal of future service.

5. Shipping & Delivery
All products are handcrafted in small batches.

Processing time: 2–5 business days (up to 7 during high demand)
Shipping: Flat rate of $7.95
Free shipping on orders over $100
Delivery time: Typically 5–10 business days total

Once an order has shipped, Fletcher & Company is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues. However, we will assist customers in locating lost packages or filing claims when possible.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping address at checkout.

6. Local Pickup
Local pickup or meet-up options may be available. Customers must contact us directly to arrange pickup details.

7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds.

8. Product Storage & Care
Tallow-based products are sensitive to temperature changes and may soften or melt in warmer conditions. This does not affect product quality.
If melting occurs, allow the product to return to room temperature or place it in a cool area to re-solidify.
To maintain product integrity:

Use clean, dry hands before each use
Do not introduce water into the product, as this may promote bacterial growth

9. Limitation of Liability
Fletcher & Company shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or adverse reactions resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are using these products at your own risk.
