Our Mission

The Founder's Story
Behind Our Grass-Fed Tallow Skincare

Fletcher & Company began with a personal journey—one rooted in both struggle and purpose.

Over 20 years ago, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder after dealing with ongoing health challenges for many years. Then, several years later, I was diagnosed with a second. I spent years searching for answers—going from doctor to doctor, often being told that everything I was experiencing was simply part of the first diagnosis. But deep down, I knew something wasn’t right. I knew it wasn’t normal to feel the way I did, especially at such a young age.

That’s when I began to seek answers for myself.

Through that process, I became increasingly aware of the ingredients in our everyday products—how many chemicals, additives, and toxins are commonly used, and how they can impact the body over time. The more I learned, the more I felt called to make a change—starting with what I was putting on my skin and bringing into my home.

As I began eliminating those things, I came to truly believe that God has given us natural resources that work in harmony with our bodies—resources that are often overlooked in today’s world. That belief became the foundation of everything I create.

I started by making my own oil-based serum using simple, nutrient-rich ingredients. That formula is now known as our Super Serum. What began as something personal quickly became something I shared with friends and family—and it grew from there.

From there, I turned my focus to creating a moisturizer and discovered tallow. After extensive research, I learned how closely it mimics the skin’s natural oils. I began sourcing high-quality suet from a local farmer who raises grass-fed cattle and started rendering it myself. Today, I use a slow, intentional process to ensure the tallow is clean, refined, and something I feel confident using on my own skin—and my family’s.

Because at the heart of all of this… is my family.

I am a wife and a mother to two incredible children, Cate and Ryker. It is deeply important to me that they grow up understanding the value of what God has provided us—that there are natural, God-given resources that can support our bodies and our skin. I want them to carry that knowledge with them into adulthood, to make intentional choices, and to live with awareness and gratitude.

As a family, we are centered in Christ. Our faith is the foundation of everything we do. Some of my favorite moments are the simplest ones—being outdoors, in the fresh air, surrounded by God’s creation. That’s where I feel the most grounded, and it’s a constant reminder of why I started this journey in the first place.

Fletcher & Company was created for people like me—those who are looking for something simpler, more intentional, and more aligned with how our bodies were designed. People who are ready to step away from the overwhelm and return to what is natural.

This business is not just about skincare—it’s about faith, family, and living with intention.

And I am so grateful to share it with you.
