Return Policy

Fletcher & Company

At Fletcher & Company, each product is handcrafted in small batches with care. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain the following return policy.

 

All Sales Are Final

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened or used products.

 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To assist you as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of any damage (if applicable)

After 7 days from delivery, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes, including:

  • Product changes

  • Shipping address updates

  • Combining multiple orders

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Product Use & Responsibility

We provide a full ingredient list for every product. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients prior to purchase.

We recommend performing a patch test before full use.

Fletcher & Company is not responsible for any adverse reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products. Individual results may vary.

 

Product Care

To maintain product quality and safety:

  • Use clean, dry hands before each use

  • Do not introduce water into the product, as this may promote bacterial growth

  • Store in a cool, dry place

Due to the natural nature of tallow-based products, items may soften or melt in warmer temperatures. This does not affect product quality. If melting occurs, allow the product to return to room temperature or place in a cool area to re-solidify.
