Our tallow begins with high-quality suet sourced from a local Georgia farm committed to raising cattle with care, integrity, and respect for the land. These cattle are pasture-raised and grass-fed year-round, foraging on natural grasses and clover, and are never exposed to antibiotics, hormones, or feedlot confinement. The result is a clean, nutrient-rich suet that reflects both the health of the animal and the quality of its environment.

We carefully render our tallow in-house using a slow, intentional process to preserve its natural integrity.
